I am a former teacher in Jefferson County where Wilma served as my mentor at Drake Junior High School. That was in the nineteen sixties, so we have been fast friends ever since. After living in Colorado for almost 87 years, I moved to California with my daughter to live near my granddaughter. We settled near the mighty Pacific Ocean and enjoy the warm weather and humidity it brings. The only thing I regret about this move is leaving so many dear friends, especially Wilma Gundy.
